(3) Glossy spandex wire: maintain the physical properties of ordinary silk, and have good glossy transparency, greatly improve the dyeing property of spandex fabric, especially suitable for the coating of colored yarn.
(4) Woven special silk: In order to meet the needs of interweaving with polyester, the high temperature resistance of spandex wire is improved, and the drafting performance of spandex wire is improved.
(5) Single-hole spinning spandex wire: with good elastic elongation and elastic recovery rate, it can be made into fine spandex wire, core-wrapped, and widely used in machine weaving and knitting.
(6) Warp braiding spandex wire: developed for warp braiding spandex wire, it can meet various special requirements of warp braiding wire, such as length, uniformity and so on. (B) Components of spandex fabric (1) Unshielded filament of spandex is used in warp knitted fabrics as the material of tights and bathrobe, and the total weight of the filament of spandex accounts for 10-40% of the total weight. (2) Covering filament, core filament, twist filament and unshielded filament of spandex are used in round weft knitted fabrics as the bathrobe, In the materials of underwear waistband, stockings and elastic underwear, the components of spandex account for 2-20% of the total weight. (3) The covering wire, cored wire and twisted wire of spandex are used in woven fabrics, and are used as materials of sportswear and ski pants. The components of spandex account for 3-10% of the total weight. Spandex twist wire, covering wire, unmasking filament braided belt, lace belt, etc., as a variety of belt materials, the total weight of spandex components accounted for 3-10%.
